Algorithm Checklist Parameters:
- BUN > 25 mg/dL (8.9 mmol/L)
- Altered Mental Status (GCS < 15 or acute confusion)
- SIRS positive (2+ Systemic Inflammatory criteria)
- Age > 60 years
- Pleural effusion present on imaging

Provides crucial early assessment quicker than Ranson Criteria.
