Algorithm Checklist Parameters:
- 1. Skin pain, soreness, itchiness, or stinging
- 2. Self-consciousness or embarrassment because of skin
- 3. Skin interfered with shopping, home, or yard work
- 4. Skin dictated the clothes / attire you wore
- 5. Skin affected social or leisure activities
Primary Clinical Application:
Dermatological therapeutic decision tree parameter; often required by health insurance panels for biologic prior authorization.
