Algorithm Checklist Parameters:
- Head & Neck: Hand units (1 hand unit = ~1% body surface)
- Head & Neck: Percent Depigmentation (0: none, 10: 10%, 25: 25%, 50: 50%, 75: 75%, 100: complete)
- Trunk: Hand units
- Trunk: Percent Depigmentation (%)
- Extremities: Hand units
- Extremities: Percent Depigmentation (%)
