Bedside Tool Interface Configuration
The Los Angeles Motor Scale (LAMS) identifies patients with suspected Large Vessel Occlusion (LVO) stroke for direct transfer to endovascular therapy centers.
Algorithm Checklist Parameters:
- 1. Facial Smile / Droop
- 2. Arm Drift (Hold arms out 10 seconds)
- 3. Grip Strength (Squeeze fingers)
