Bedside Tool Interface Configuration
Calculates the Fetal Biophysical Profile (Manning's Score) using five diagnostic biophysical markers.
Algorithm Checklist Parameters:
- 1. Fetal Breathing movements (≥1 episode of ≥30s in 30 mins)
- 2. Gross Fetal Body movements (≥3 discrete body/limb movements)
- 3. Fetal Tone (≥1 episode of active extension with return to flexion)
- 4. Amniotic Fluid volume (deepest vertical pool >2 cm)
- 5. Non-Stress Test (NST) (reactive fetal heart accelerations)
Primary Clinical Application:
The major clinical test to rule out active fetal hypoxia in post-term or high-risk pregnancies.
