Algorithm Checklist Parameters:
  • Subjective Distress Level (0: No distress, 10: Extreme distress)
  • Practical difficulties (housing, food security, transportation, insurance)
  • Emotional struggles (fears of recurrence, anxiety, depression, hopelessness)
  • Severe physical symptoms (uncontrolled medical pain, severe fatigue, dry mouth)

Primary Clinical Application:

Systemic screening triggers referrals to clinical psychology, psychiatry, financial counselors, or chaplain services.
