- 3. Problems remembering appointments or obligations
- 4. Delay or avoid starting a task that requires a lot of thinking
- 5. Fidget or squirm with hands or feet when sitting for long times
- 6. Feel overly active/driven by a motor on average daily
Primary Clinical Application:
Triage adult patients reporting chronic inattention, organizing issues, or physical restlessness.
