- 1. Pattern of joint/bursa involvement during episode
- 2. Cardinal signs present in joint (Erythema, Exquisite tenderness, Severe difficulty walking) (count of signs)
- 3. Clinically suspected or confirmed Gout Tophus present? (+4 Pts)
- 4. Serum Urate concentration (mg/dL)
