Algorithm Checklist Parameters:
- Age ≥ 65 years (+1 point)
- 3+ CAD Risk Factors (Smoking, HTN, DM, Chol, FamHx) (+1 point)
- Prior known coronary artery stenosis ≥ 50% (+1 point)
- ST-segment deviation ≥ 0.5 mm (+1 point)
- Severe Angina (2+ episodes in the last 24 hours) (+1 point)
- Aspirin use in the last 7 days (+1 point)
- Elevated cardiac biomarkers (Troponin or CK-MB) (+1 point)
